WB Realty Co. proudly presents Silverado Ranch, a 2014-acre property in Decatur County, accessible from four roads and spanning an impressive four-mile width. This expansive tract offers a remarkable array of features. Silverado Ranch encompasses two calving pastures, timbered hunting grounds teeming with deer and fowl, and an impressive capacity to accommodate 700 cow/calf pairs. With extensive new fencing, improved pastures, and over 20 ponds gracing the landscape, the ranch sets an ideal stage for both livestock enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers.
The ranch includes a state-of-the-art working facility equipped with a hydraulic chute, alleyway, and a vet room, ensuring efficient operations. The property also boasts multiple well-designed corrals for effortless cattle handling. Additionally, you'll find a fully insulated shop, an air-conditioned office, and the convenience of fiber internet.
The grazing fee includes daily labor for checking cattle, fence repairs, rotating herds, mineral distribution, labor for medicating on pasture, and moving cattle for processing (subject to restrictions).
We do not provide minerals as part of the grazing fee, but we can distribute it to tubs if the customer provides the mineral or we can source the mineral for customers.
We always reach maximum capacity every year, so we aim to keep the minimum herd count at 50 pairs or greater to make the best use of the pastures.
We will rotate cattle as needed and at our discretion. Rotational grazing depends on factors such as mother nature, lactation or calving of cows, and the time of the year.
