In 2015, Ryan Wiederstein established Silverado Farms with the purpose of cultivating Purebred Angus cattle. In 2018 we established Silverado Ranch, a massive 2300-acre expanse that handles over 700 pairs of cows and calves annually. Then, in 2021, we expanded our operations by acquiring a 3800 head feedlot located just south of Leon, Iowa.
Meet Ryan Wiederstein, the visionary behind Silverado Farms. With a background in real estate and a deep-rooted passion for agriculture, Ryan embarked on a transformative journey in 2015 when he founded Silverado Farms with a focus on Purebred Angus.
